Country:

Ranges from gently undulating to some steeper outcrops. The majority of the cleared country has been contoured. Soils are predominantly self-mulching black and chocolate basalt with the balance lighter trap rock. The timber is mostly Apple and White Box with some Kurrajong.

Water:

The water infrastructure is a feature of this property. There are 2 bores, one equipped with a 1,200 watt solar system which pumps to 3 groupings of 20,000 gal of storage tanks. These tanks are also serviced by two pump stations situated on substantial springs along the creek as a backup. There are also 35 concrete troughs that are serviced from this storage. Two creeks cut through the property with various springs as well as 12 dams.
